What these terms apply to
These terms govern any consulting, integration, development or hosting service provided by Sigmagency, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any order implies their acceptance.
How an engagement starts
Each engagement is the subject of a quote describing the scope, schedule and price. The quote is valid for thirty days; the engagement starts upon receipt of the signed quote and, where applicable, the agreed deposit.
Our commitments and yours
Sigmagency delivers the engagement in stages validated with the client. The client appoints a contact person, provides the necessary access and data within the agreed timeframe and approves each delivery within ten working days.
Invoicing
Prices are exclusive of VAT. Invoices are payable within thirty days. Any delay automatically incurs interest at the statutory rate and a fixed recovery fee.
Who owns the deliverables
Specific developments made for the client are transferred to the client after full payment. Sigmagency retains ownership of its tools, methods and generic components, for which the client receives a licence to use.
What we guarantee
Sigmagency is bound by a best-efforts obligation. Its liability is limited to the amount of the engagement concerned and does not cover indirect damages (loss of data, revenue or business).
In the event of a dispute
These terms are governed by Belgian law. The parties shall seek an amicable solution before any legal action; failing that, the courts of Walloon Brabant have sole jurisdiction.
