Who processes your data
The data controller is Sigmagency SRL, Rue Emile Francqui 6, 1435 Mont-Saint-Guibert, Belgium. For any question about your data: privacy@sigmagency.be (address to be confirmed).
What we gather
We only process the data necessary for the purposes described below:
- Contact form: name, email address, company, phone number, subject, message and any attachments.
- Audience measurement: pages viewed, traffic source, device type, subject to your consent.
- Technical logs: IP address and request timestamps, for the security of the service.
Why we use it
Messages sent from the contact form are recorded in our customer relationship management tool so that we can reply and follow up your request. Audience measurement data helps us understand how the website is used and improve our content.
For how long
Contact requests are kept for three years after the last exchange. Audience measurement data is kept for a maximum of thirteen months. Technical logs are purged after twelve months.
Who has access
Your data is processed by the Sigmagency team and by our technical processors (hosting, email, audience measurement), contractually bound to confidentiality. It is neither sold nor transferred.
How to exercise them
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You can withdraw your consent at any time from the “Manage cookies” link in the footer.
To exercise these rights, write to us at privacy@sigmagency.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
